Online PR News – 09-February-2010 – Australian music label Timeless Music Company has just announced the launch of their new CD and Mp3 Store www.tmusiconline.com, an online treasure trove of ‘timeless’ hard to find classics on CD and DVD as well as on Mp3 due to its collaboration with iTunes & Bigpond Music.

Co-Founder Marko Srdanov-Miletic wanted to “give visitors the ability to easily find their favorite artists or songs and have the option of either ordering their favorite CDs/DVDs tmusiconline-storestraight from Timeless Music or downloading mp3s from Timeless Music’s Catalogue on iTunes or Bigpond Music.”

The online CD and Mp3 store will feature rare music of eclectic tastes varying from celtic music acts such as Daniel O’Donnell and Foster & Allen to popular 1970′s children’s singer Patsy Biscoe to Dame Vera Lynn an english singer whose music career flourished during World War II to Scottish pop duo The Mac Donald Bros who grew their following on the UK TV series ‘X Factor’ and many more.

Timeless Music felt it was important to cater to a growing market of consumers who are now moving towards buying more digital music rather than just CDs and DVDs with the new online CD and Mp3 store.

Therefore the company pushed to make direct agreements with iTunes and Australia’s telecommunications giant Telstra (Bigpond Music) to distribute their own catalogue digitally. After substantial investment the company has created its own digital department for direct ingestion into these stores.

“As a result of the digital revolution of the 00’s there are many exciting and innovative opportunities for music companies to be involved in…” Srdanov-Miletic pointed out.

Founded by John Evans and Marko Srdanov-Miletic, Timeless Music Company as a label is also involved in both physical and digital distribution, licensing, publishing, synchronisation and online retail.

The team returned recently from the MIDEM trade show. The music business may be experiencing difficulties but the opportunities are very much there.

After an exciting 4 days of meetings the Timeless team has made many new relationships and partnerships for the coming year.
